How to buy

General info

Most of our products and services can be bought by mail order. Please send orders directly to our email or phone. Don’t forget to enclose a billing information of your company.

Distributors

Distributors have Headstone Designer software installed in their laptops, so they can show you how it works, or sell it directly. In case of interest, they can also show and sell an engraving machine. 

In Slovakia, our distributor is Mr. Vavrovič.

In Czech Republic our distributor is Weha.

Headstone Designer and AutoENHANCER

Software can be bought online. If you are interested in buying software please send us an email order. We will provide you with proforma invoice. After crediting our account, download link and serial number will be sent to you by email.

Crosses, ornaments and photo retouch

Crosses and ornaments can be bought online. If you are interested in buying crosses or ornaments for Corel DRAW please send us an email order specifying particular crosses and a version of corel, you are using. We will provide you with proforma invoice. After crediting our account, cdr files will be sent to you by email.

Photo retouch service can be bought online. Please send us a photo that you want to engrave (scanned pictures with 600 dpi resolution). In 24 hours, we will provide you with retouched photo and invoice.

Engraving machine

Engraving machine can be bought by email order. In this case, you can choose between three scenarios:

1. You don’t require personal training. In this case you need to pay in advance based on a proforma invoice. After receiving money we will send you a machine and all software with user manual and video tutorials of machine usage and photo retouch. If your country does require customs duty, you will have to pay it additionally. 
2. You require a personal training in your workplace. In this case, our technician will travel to your country and give you a 1 day lasting personal training. You can pay the machine in advance or by cash on place. You will have to pay additional costs for traveling, accommodation and training.
3. You require personal training in our workplace. In this case, you need to come to our workplace in Stara Lubovna, SLOVAKIA, where you can pay the machine by cash and you will be given a 1 day lasting personal training for free.
